As owner and president of Declan Construction, William O’Brien has been in the construction industry for over 25 years. He has worked on small office remodels, large housing projects, trucking terminals and steel manufacturing plants to name a few. Some of his formal training includes a four year apprenticeship, three years of continuing education & on site experience as a carpenter, foreman & project manager.
Our employees have multiple years experience in all areas of construction, are highly motivated and extremely efficient. Declan Construction provides a Drug-Free Workplace Program and we also meet all of our OSHA requirements and standards.
